When I landed in Tokyo because of the time difference it was the next morning. I got picked up from the airport, dropped my bags off in where I was staying in Shinjuku and then explored Shibuya. I seen hachiko and Shibuya Crossing first which was awesome seeing so many people in one place. Tokyo is full of people but not once did I feel claustrophobic at all. The country is built around connivance it doesn't feel crowded. There is trains like every 2 mins, vending machines on every street as well as hundreds of food places and conbinis. I tried my first proper Japanese Sushi at Genki Sushi which was super yummy and you order the sushi and on a tablet and the sushi flys out from the kitchen in front of you and then you send the tray back by pressing the sad face button. You literally don't have to talk to anyone other than when you pay the bill and when you walk in. The tablet has an English menu which is good for people like myself. I had 5 plates of sushi and coke and it came to less than £5 which is insane considering in Yo sushi in the UK I pay that for one plate! The main thing I noticed about Tokyo is how cheap everything was but how it's expensive at the same time.
